Prayer ministry - Elizabeth Haney administers an email prayer network for the Fellowship in Missouri. In addition, prayer lists and prayer resources are available through the CBF website.

New Church Starters - Join a cadre of men and women exploring the idea of starting new churches in Missouri. Learn more about CBF's New Church Starts Academy.

African-American Congregations - Be a part of building bridges and relationships with African-American pastors and congregations in Kansas City and St. Louis.

China - Connect with CBF field personnel in China. Learn about efforts to share the gospel and train and encourage Chinese church leaders.

Collegiate Ministry - Join college ministry leaders from schools and churches as they share ways to minister effectively. Help plan an annual retreat for college students.

Together for Hope Missouri - A task group is moving forward on ways to implement the transformative concepts of Together for Hope in a Missouri context. Get in on the ground floor.

Camp Connect - Janet Hill leads our effort to supply a high-quality missions-emphasis summer camp for students grades 4-6. Learn more about ways to become involved.

Girls on Mission - Each year, hundreds of young women gather to learn about and celebrate Baptist missions around the world. Be a part of the organizing group or serve during this important weekend.

Missouri State Missions - Help promote the Show Me State Missions Offering in your local church. This offering benefits vibrant mission and ministry throughout the state.    

Matthew 25 - A project led by William Jewell College to help transform an urban area of Kansas City one house at a time. Work side-by-side and build relationships with fellow Christians and churches.

Disaster Response - Join a network of individuals running the Disaster Response/Community Ministry trailer initiative. Help inform Missourians about preparedness and service opportunities.

Ethics - Explore Christian and Baptist ethics with CBF partners and friends: Baptist Center for Ethics, the Christian Ethics Journal, and the Center for Christian Ethics at Baylor.

Church/State - Church/State separation is a key Baptist principle. Stay informed and involved through the work of CBF partner Baptist Joint Committee.

Young Baptists - Investing in young Baptists is an important focus for the Fellowship. Learn about the life-shaping experiences that Leadership 21 provides.

Fellowship Groups - Many CBF people yearn for opportunities to get together. Use your gift of hospitality to host a Fellowship group in your home.

All Church Challenge - Together for HopeTogether for Hope - The Fellowship is committed to long-term holistic transformation in the poorest areas of the country. Relationships are key. Learn more and get involved.

Leadership Development - Emerge is a leadership training course to help church lay leaders develop the skills and understanding to help the church thrive. Consider attending or helping a young leader from your church attend.

Environmental issues - Churches are becoming increasingly aware of ways they can be more environmentally responsible and become a leading voice for this kind of change in their community. Join a statewide task force to help inform and recommend resources.    

Task Forces - Small, focused task groups are always at work on various projects for the Fellowship in Missouri. Some are administrative, others are ministry-related, still others are exploratory in nature. We would welcome your involvement.

Photography - Do you have an interest or skills in photography? Share your talents by taking snapshots at Fellowship events or sharing personal or church-related photos on one of our websites or publications.

Spanish Translation - The Fellowship has a story to share, especially with non-English speakers in our state. Someone with skills in Spanish translation could help translate part of CBF of Missouri's website and key publications to Spanish.

Global Missions - Missions continues to be a vibrant part of the Fellowship. There are over 160 CBF field personnel being the presence of Christ around the world. Support them by helping to promote the Offering for Global Missions or by encouraging field personnel with prayers or letters.

Writing - Are you a writer or blogger? Why not share your thoughts and talent by writing for CBF of Missouri publications, newsletters or websites?

Missions Education - The next generation of Baptists needs to know about the efforts of CBF field personnel in mission settings around the world. Help them see and experience mission through the Fellowship's mission education curriculum.

Africa - Join CBF of Missouri in a three-year partnership with Africa Exchange's Change for Children program. After helping build and staff a Child Development Center in the Kenyan village of Ngerenya, the partnership is now focused on sustainable small-business enterprises like fish farming and bee keeping.

Giving Circles - Giving circles are an effective way to work cooperatively to have a lasting impact on ministries and initiatives. Find out how you can join a circle today.

Micro-Development Loans - Micro-economic development loans are a great way to help economically impoverished individuals and families start businesses and find a way out of poverty.

Summer Missions - CBF of Missouri encourages college students to invest a semester in service through Student.Go. Learn about ways to serve or to encourage students who are serving.
