Prayer is integral to the life of missional movements, churches and individuals. In prayer, we listen to the voice of God. In prayer, we give voice to our own thoughts and needs as well. CBF of Missouri encourages you to join us in praying for CBF's field personnel, endorsed chaplains, pastoral counselors, and staff on their birthdays.

January
18 - Martin Luther King, Jr. Day – Pray for racial reconciliation and the efforts of the New Baptist Covenant

February
14 - Valentines Day – Pray that Christians will show the love of Christ throughout the world.

March
Offering for Global Missions – Pray for generous support of the OGM and the work of CBF field personnel.

April
4 – Easter – Pray that the Good News of Jesus Christ will be proclaimed.
16-17 - General Assembly – Pray for the CBF of Missouri General Assembly in Springfield and all those who will serve and be served during the event.
18-28 - Trip to Kenya Africa – Pray for the team returning to Ngerenya Kenya and the relationships they will continue to build there.
22 - Earth Day – Pray that we will care for God’s creation today and in the future.

May
9 - Mothers Day – Thank God for your mom.
Student.Go Training - College students gather in Alabama for summer missions training. Pray for their preparation and the life-shaping experiences that await them.
31 - Memorial Day – Thank God for the sacrifices made by men and women in military service.

June
15-17 - Camp Connect – Pray for the children and workers at this Christian camp held at Windermere.
20 - Father’s Day – Thank God for your dad.
23-26 CBF General Assembly – Pray for those leading and attending the CBF General Assembly. Also pray for the new field personnel being commissioned there.

July
4 - Independence Day - Pray for freedom of religion in the United States and other countries.
Summer Missions - Churches around the state are engaged in mission service. Pray these groups will be the presence of Christ wherever they are.

August
Schools – Pray for students’ safe return to classes.

September
11- Patriot Day –  Pray for God's Peace in those places where conflict exists.

October
3 - World Communion Sunday - Thank God for Christ's Church around the globe. Pray for the Body of Christ and her reconciling work in the world.

November
1 - All Saints Day - Remember those of the Christian family who have passed on this year. Pray for their families and those still grieving.
25 - Thanksgiving - Express thanks for God's provision in your life.

December
1 - World AIDS Day - Pray for those affected by the disease and stigma of AIDS, including the children orphaned by the AIDS pandemic in Africa.
Offering for Global Missions - Pray for CBF field personnel worldwide and the gifts that sustain their work.
Christmas - Thank God for the wonderful gift of His son.
